DMCA Copyright Policy

3. Submit a DMCA Notice

Send your completed DMCA takedown request to our designated copyright agent:

We aim to acknowledge all valid notices within 48 hours and take appropriate action within 10 business days.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address
2. Identification of the content that was removed and its original URL
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in India and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice
5. Your physical or electronic signature

Send counter-notifications to dmca@anojtools.online. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat Infringers

ANOJTOOLS has a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement. In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

We reserve the right to take action against any user who, in our sole discretion, is found to be a repeat infringer.
